    Please note that there may be instances where standard products/ color charts, designs etc are substituted. In these cases, the product fundamentally remains the same; it is only the physical attributes which may vary. In such cases, our commitment to customer satisfaction is our main priority. As such, our Terms & Conditions states that changes can only be made to customized orders upon substitution by the designer upon product availability or for the overall integrity of the design.     PICKUPS

    While we do accept many same day orders based on staff & product availability, we do still recoomend at least 24-48 hours ordering ahead in order for us to insure that any damages/poppage of balloons in your order is corrected before you pickup time, as we often cannot spot manufacturing issues until 30 minutes to 4 hours after infaltion.

    Delivery

    We do accept same day orders upon availability, however the same rule for delivery applies for pickups as well.

    Garlands & Decor

    Some items in our online purchasing space require 48 hours or more to craft as it is often time consuming or specific to your needs (ie. personalized or color specific). As such, we have a rule of ordering at least two weeks in advance to avoid order issues or defects.

    It is very common here that we book popular dates out 2-3 months in advance if not more. Please note that holidays and dates that surround holidays are no exception.

    For example: in January of each year, we have several clients book our New Years Eve services just after the previous New Year celebration (first two weeks of January).

    If at any point you are worried about a date, please call us at 843-856-9121 to confirm availability before placing your event request form in for approval.

    Common Questions ABout Balloons

    On average our latex balloons stay fully infalted in stable conditions (indoors, temperature controled and avoiding abrasive surfaces) for 3-5 days, if not longer. Our foil balloons have a similar life expectancy, though often times superceed this timeframe up to 3-4 weeks on average.

    It is common for customers of ours who return to us saying that they had to eventually just "throw the balloons away as they lasted too long", often times this can be years. We have a few balloons in our store that have blown even us away, some of which are meeting their 4+ year mark of no touch ups/refills.

    PRO TIP: If you are worried about life expectancy, consult one of our designer's or retail assistants to offer their advice on how to prolong the life of your balloons. We will often tell you that the best way to get the most "bang for your buck" is to order ahead and pickup as close to your party time as possible as we then have amble time to prevent & correct any issues in regards to damages made by issues in manufaction.

    Environmental consciousness is best served with latex balloons. They are biodegradable, in that they do not become a permanent fixture in our environment. Their foil counterparts, on the other hand, will stick around for decades to come. The good thing to know is that you can recycle and reuse foil balloons in order to avoid a more harmful impact on the environment. Your safest best when choosing an environmentally conscious balloon is to use latex balloons whenever possible.

    Refunds

    Due to our extremely fast & efficient turnaround time, we do NOT issue refunds.

    We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.

    Faulty/Defective Product

    Due to the nature of our products, sometimes they may arrive not looking as intended. A plethora of issues can cause a balloon to shrink, expand, implode, leak, etc.; especially in regards to mother nature. Should your balloons end up damaged in transit, please email us a picture of your product within 24 hours of its arrival and we'll do all we can to rectify. 

    As our products are perishable, we're unable to issue discounts or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn't provided within 24 hours of arrival.

    When you come for pickup, please try your best to arrive in the arrival window that you have preselected. If there are issues with your arrival time, please call ahead at 843-856-912 so that we can prepare our staff and your order accordingly.

    At Charleston Ballooon Company, we prebag your order to help alleviate the stress of the balloons flying away or being in the way while you are driving. We highly recommend letting us bag your order, as well as anchor weights for any orders containing helium. When loading in and taking the balloons out of your vehichle, please use one door at a time as two open doors can create a vaccum causing the balloons to fly away or down the street.
