Retail Associates will assist customers both in person and on phone through our vast product selection as the Largest Retail Shop in North America. Responsible for maintaining the sales floor, crafting balloon orders, assist in inventory and other retail tasks as needed.
This position works well if you are just entering the work force, seeking a p/t job or have prior retail experience.
JR Retail Associate Position is excellent for High School Students looking for a p/t position to gain experience.
Minimum Requirements: Entry Level, Pleasant disposition, iPad/POS skills helpful, Good Math Skills, Task oriented and able to follow directions well. Must be 16 years.
Starting Pay Range: $10 to $16
Delivery Driver
Delivery Drivers will be responsible that orders are prepared properly before loading vehicle, be able to repair orders as needed. Able to deliver in a timely manner and take pride in delivering special gifts and moments. Uphold company standards, including appearance, mannerism and presentation. Document Delivery via photo and Google application. Assist to maintain vehicles according to company standards. Safe driving practices. Drive downtown with a larger size/hightop vehicle.
This position works well if you have prior experience in delivery services, valet or event/catering services.
Minimum Requirements: Must be 25 years. Valid Driver License, Clean Driving record, able to pass drug/alcohol and background screening. IPhone and Navigation experience.
Starting Pay Range: Base $18 to $25 (plus Gratuity)

Marketing Assistant
Marketing Assistant will report directly to Executive Team. Duties include: Blog Post, Newsletter, Social Media. Able to work proficient on a Mac and using Google programs. Able to catalog photos. Maintain client confidentially. This position can be partial work remotely for the right person. Must be sales driven and able to respond to client DM's and engagement with audience. Assist with maintaining marketing schedule and adhere to company policies and maintain company standards.
Starting Pay Range: Negotiable based on experience INTERNSHIP AVAILABLE
Event Production
Event Production Crew will assist in pulling, preparing, and crafting event decor for private and corporate events to client expectations. Assist in delivering and installation as needed, Uphold company standards, including appearance, mannerism and presentation. Document delivery Via photo and Google application. Maintain client confidentiality. Be able to problem solve quickly and communicate with office and management.
This position works well if you have work for a catering or event company, assembly line work or general laborer.
Minimum Requirements: Able to follow directions well, Valid Drivers License, Clean Driving Record, able to pass drug/alchol and background screening. Ability to lift 55lbs unassisted. High School diploma or higher.
Starting Pay Range: $12 to $17 (Plus Gratuity)
E-Commerce Assistant
E-Commerce Assistant will report directly to Executive team. You will work in the backend of our ecommerce site. Duties include: Product descriptions, SEO friendly keywords, Basic Knowledge of SEO and best practices. Help maintain inventory tracking and product updates, including photo and bulk updates. This position can be partial work remotely for the right person. Must be sales driven and able to maintain company standards.
Starting Pay Range: Negotiable based on experience can be a gig job or INTERNSHIP.
Office
Office assistants will be responsible for intake and fulfillment of phone orders, up-selling, and navigating clients through our website, all while delivering an exceptional customer service experience. In and Outbound sales. Basic office duties and will work directly with management.
This position works well if you have held a similar position to: Conceirge Services, Receptionist or Personal Assistant.
Minimum Requirements: 1 Year Customer Service preferred, Pleasant disposition, Mac and Apple related proficient, Familiar with Google based scheduling and documents. Excellent time management and attention to detail. High School diploma or higher.
Starting Pay Range: $15 to $20
