Community Donation & Sponsorship Requests

At Charleston Balloon Co., we are deeply committed to giving back to the Lowcountry community we love! Through local youth sports coaching, sponsorships, generous discounts, and in-kind balloon donations, supporting personal and meaningful causes is at the core of who we are.

If your organization aligns with our focus areas, we welcome you to submit a request below! Please review our guidelines before completing the form so we can process your application smoothly.

📋 Important Guidelines Before You Submit

To ensure our contributions remain focused and impactful, please review the following requirements before submitting your donation or sponsorship request:

  • Focus Areas: We exclusively consider requests for events and causes directly supporting children, active soldiers/military families, and domestic abuse survivors.

  • Advance Notice: Requests are reviewed once a month. Submissions must be received at least 60 days prior to your scheduled event date.

  • Legitimate Non-Profits: Only verifiable charitable requests will be considered. Official legal documentation (such as 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status or official organization verification) is required for our records.

  • Annual Limit: Each eligible organization is limited to one discount or donation per calendar year.

  • Reciprocal Support: Preferential consideration is given to organizations that actively support our business, as community patronage is what enables us to continue giving back.

  • Discretionary Approval: Charleston Balloon Co. reserves the right to deny services, discounts, or donations at any time.

🤝 Alternative Support & Community Partnerships

Due to the overwhelming volume of requests we receive throughout the year, we are unfortunately unable to grant every submission.

If we are unable to fulfill a full donation request for your event, we may offer your organization one of our Community Partnership Discounts or a Special Event Package to help make your event a success while staying within your budget.
