1. Foil Embellishment Add-on Kits DO NOT include a garland, are air-filled foils, and cannot be exchange except by a CBC designer's discretion based on substitution.
2. You may add a foil embellishment kit from one design, and a garland from another design to create a unique piece for your event.
3. Colors and patterns are specific to each design and cannot be changed. Any requested changes may incur additional charges.
4. Please note that any orders that contain BOTH a DIY kit + foils addon kit, the foil balloons will NOT be inflated, unless requested, otherwise all other versions are inflated by default.
