Setting up your garland is a breeze! Whether you’re tying to a fixture or using our provided hooks, follow these simple steps to get the party started.
📦 What’s in Your Kit
- (2) Command Hooks with adhesive strips
- (4) Elastic Straps (specifically for balloons)
- Self-Inflation Straws (for foil balloons, if included)
- Instruction Card
⚠️ Important Safety First
Pro Tip: We always recommend tying your garland directly to a secure fixture (like a stair banister or curtain rod) for the best stability.
Never tie garlands to sprinkler heads, loose/moveable objects, fire alarms, or other safety equipment.
🛠 Hanging Methods
Method 1: Tying to a Secure Point (Preferred)
- Anchor First: Tie your elastic straps securely to your anchor point (banister, pole, etc.).
- Mount: Hold your balloon garland up against the elastic/ribbon.
- Secure: Tie or wrap the elastic snugly around the garland to hold it in place.
Method 2: Using Command Hooks
- Prep & Stick: Identify your hanging spots and apply the Command Hooks to the surface following the manufacturer's guide.
- Create a Loop: Thread an elastic strap through the "eye hole" of the hook and tie the ends together to create a large rubber band loop.
- Attach: Pull the elastic loop over two balloons on your garland to secure it to the wall.
- Repeat: Repeat for any remaining hooks.
✨ Final Touches: Adjust & Embellish
Once hung, gently shift the balloons to hide any gaps or mechanical parts (like hooks or straps). Now is the time to tuck in any greenery, foil accents, or streamers included in your kit!
