Our Commitment
Charleston Balloon Company wants everyone to be able to browse our shop, place an order, and reach us. We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we are working toward that goal.
Where We Are Today
We have not yet completed a full accessibility audit of this website, so we cannot say that every page meets WCAG 2.2 AA. We review our site as we update it, and we fix accessibility problems when we find them or when they are reported to us.
Known Limits
- Parts of our site are provided by third parties, including Shopify checkout, our custom quote request form, chat, and embedded content. We do not fully control their accessibility.
- Some product photos and older pages may be missing helpful descriptions or may not meet the contrast standard.
- Some images or videos may not have full text alternatives or captions.
